Greetings to you all in the Season of Light!
I apologize for the lateness of this email and schedule update. After having Covid the first half of December, it’s been slow getting things going again and I’m desiring some healthy time around the holidays. Feeling well enough to enjoy life’s activities and the company of others is a shared human desire. I wish it for you all, may you have it in abundance now and in the future!
I have been updating the online calendar to reflect class changes around the holidays, and recently some unexpected subbing requests have surfaced. I invite you to participate via zoom whenever possible!
As always, please log in to Punchpass and register for the classes online to get the correct zoom links. The online schedule should be you to join online!
Here are the major class changes over the next few weeks:
12/25 and 12/26 – no classes
12/27 – 4 classes in a row at KYB! Zoom options for 7:30, 9, 10:30 am
1/1 and 1/2 – no classes
1/4 – 4:30 and 6 pm at KYB (with zoom option)
1/5 – 8:30-9:30 am, Pop-Up Class on zoom
Regular class schedule from 1/6-1/15.
The Practice Intensive with Francisco is coming up: Friday Jan. 19 – Friday Jan. 26.
This is an all-hands-on-deck event, so there will be changes during that time. I will update you once we have that settled. Please see the registration link for more information.
Grand Canyon 2024 – Launch is ~6 weeks away!
At this point, it looks like I will teach through Sat. Feb. 10, and return to classes on Wed. March 13. I hope you will continue to practice utilizing the recordings. I have several more recorded classes for you, and those will be in the video archive by the end of the week.
Please consider (and let me know) what you think you might want to do during that time: take a break? practice with recordings or on your own? join KYB or another teacher for the month? In Brazil, Francisco closes the studio for a month around Dec-Jan and everyone takes a sabbatical – what a concept!
