Good morning! As you can see, Jinx is helping me prepare for the Practice Intensive and for my upcoming Grand Canyon trip!
And there is a lot to prepare for…..!
First up, the Practice Intensive with Francisco starts this Friday, 1/19-1/26.
The intensive is organized a little differently this year, and I will be teaching every day at Kaiut Yoga Boulder (with zoom options), except for Sunday. Please check the website for the up-to-date schedule, and preregister to get the correct zoom links.
Here are the highlights/changes starting this Friday:
Fri 1/19, 4:30 pm at KYB
Sat 1/20 and 1/27, 9 and 10:30 am at KYB as usual
Sun 1/21 and 1/28 – NO CLASSES
Mon 1/22 and Wed 1/24, 7:30 am only
Tu 1/23, Th 1/25 and Fri 1/26, Noon class only
Jan. 29 – Feb. 6: regular schedule
Wed Feb. 7 – 7:30 am class only
Sat Feb. 10 – 9 and 10:30 am at KYB as usual
No Classes Feb. 11 – Mar. 10
I plan to resume teaching zoom classes again on Monday March 11.
Since the months of February and March are split up with my trip, I am offering a Two-Month Pass that will provide access to all scheduled Zoom classes and on-demand videos in Feb and Mar. More details to come. Check it out.
In Memoriam:
You will see the memorial stone for our dearest friend Michael Trolier in the photo below. This has been installed on the Shanahan Ridge trail, at the junction with the Cragmoor connector. Many of you will remember his talent with the limericks, and now we have this one to enjoy! Please go visit the site if you are in Boulder. Another beloved long-time student, Margo Toth, passed in her home on Dec. 13, 2023. She attended online classes with us through mid-November, and I am so grateful for our time together.
