Kaiut Yoga

Kaiut Yoga, developed by Francisco Kaiut, is a simple and effective method that addresses the whole human being from our joints to our skin, our habits to our luminosity.  Much of the work, sequential yoga postures, are done on the floor at a gentle pace with very accessible guidance.  Kaiut Yoga reflects the needs of the modern human: down regulating and balancing overworked nervous systems, holistically addressing the effects of too much sitting or the impacts of repetitive use (from running, cycling etc), and maintaining, even recovering, mobility in worn out and aging joints.  This practice restores the body’s natural ability to balance, heal and evolve.  As we regain freedom of movement, old injures heal, chronic tension and stiffness dissolve and we become more mobile and flexible in all aspects of life.
