The annual Practice Intensive with Francisco starts today!
I have updated the Punchpass calendar to show all the available online classes, starting today at 4:30 MST!
Here’s the gist of it:
I will be teaching M, W, F (1/13, 1/15, 1/17) from 9-10 am MST
TU, TH (1/14, 1/16) from 6-7 pm MST.
No change to Saturday classes on 1/11 or 1/18.
All these classes are at KYB, so please preregister!
Sunday classes cancelled on 1/12 and 1/19.
Next week only: no 10:30 classes, no 4:30 class on Tuesday.
I sincerely hope you can adapt for this week and find your way to keep on practicing. I am happy that I can offer so many classes, although at different times than you are used to.
SANDBAGS!
I have two pairs of sandbags available: 1 green and 1 gray. Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing these. Each sandbags weighs about 8.3 pounds. These are a fantastic asset to your home practice.
