I so appreciate your support and patience with me as I am upgrading things on all levels. The learning and adapting is happening so very fast for us all. I also believe that our yoga practice is made for this very moment in time and will be an important part of our human evolution! Thank you for being here with me!
With the incredible and generous help of Shan (woot woot!!! Thank you so much!) some updates have been made to the website, hopefully making it easier to join the online classes. At this time, you do not need to register for classes first, but it’s always nice to know who is coming as that helps me to prepare for your therapeutic needs!

And YES, Venmo is now activated, and I am accepting check payments through the mail. I have included some information on the website about what and where to purchase yoga equipment if you’d like.
I have updated the class schedule through April as follows:
Tuesday 4:30 pm **NEW TIME STARTING TODAY**
Wednesday 10:30 am and Noon
Thursday 4:30 pm
Friday 10:30 am and Noon
Saturday 9:30 am
