September Schedule Changes
Dear friends,
It is wonderful to see so many of you returning to class after your summer travels and time with your families!
We’ve been working this past month on refining our understanding, and working with that part of our system that recognizes the practice as necessity and begins to crave it! I’m working on an article for the October newsletter explaining how the hand and arm work directly impacts the brain, and I’m creating a fantastic Fall teaching schedule for you to start in October. Thank you for your input!
As many of you know, Francisco Kaiut will be in town for a few weeks in September, and I will have the GREAT honor of teaching some classes at Kaiut Yoga Boulder during that time! I am so happy for ALL my friends who are teaching, practicing and sharing the benefits of this work with everyone.

Francisco!
Francisco will be teaching workshops at Kaiut Yoga Broomfield Sept 7-8, at Kaiut Yoga Boulder for the grand opening of their brand new school Sept 9-15, and at Kaiut Yoga Durango Sept 21-22. I will be studying with him as much as I can while he is in Boulder, and I hope that I get to share the student experience with many of you during that time!
