Dear Friends, thank you so much for your support and kindness these last few months since I began teaching again at the Somatic Classroom. We have been through so many changes together over these many years, and I miss you all and wish you peace wherever you are! It has not been easy to have your practice routines disrupted, so I am grateful for the chance to work with you again and for your trust in this evolving work, and in me.
Dear Friends, I am happy to announce some new Saturday classes in March, starting this weekend. And, I am working on technology to begin recording classes for audio and video!
