I have been wanting to reach out to you all following Monday’s tragedy. But what can I say? I have been struck silent. It took a few days for me to find words again and the will to write them. We have been through a lot together, and our community and our nation is suffering deeply, again. I am so sorry for this loss and pain!

I took the photo above on Dec. 16, and tonight there is almost no visual space between the two planets. Remarkable! The beauty and clarity of the crystal clear twilight sky, the waxing crescent moon, and the living conjunction of Jupiter (the brighter of the two stars) and Saturn literally stopped me in my tracks in awe and wonder! I hope you all experience a sense of simple wonder and peace this holiday season, this winter solstice, and into the new year. My prayer for all humanity is for us to move forward with great hope and inspiration!

After a lot of consideration I decided not to travel this Thanksgiving, so I am VERY happy to announce a few extra classes in Boulder and online this coming week. Please join us for support, laughter and connection! I really want to go see my family in Georgia and I miss my friends, but it seems better for me to double down on practice, teaching this work I love, and my commitments to health and sanity!
