Rebuild strength, mobility, and stamina in the shoulder girdle through neurological remapping. Using a variety of equipment and movement, begin healing chronic shoulder pain and tightness, tendonitis, weakness, and lack of circulation.

Use your physical skill and love of movement for awakening dormant parts of the nervous system, and rest the driving part of your mind.

Receive accurate feedback from your body to your mind, instead of constantly demanding your muscles to do with your willpower; experience profound emotional peace and effortless meditation.

Restore full range of motion in the entire shoulder girdle without stress, strain, or aggression; allow the practice to slowly remove anything from your system that doesn’t belong.

Practice to allow sensation in rather than directing action outward.
