I will teach Monday 9/1 at 10:30 am as usual.  The KYB school is closed that day.

I will be out of town the rest of that week, so NO CLASSES 9/2-9/5.

2 CLASSES SUNDAY 9/7, 9 and 10:30am

The schedule has been updated.  Please register online through Punchpass to get the correct links.  See you in class!

And because Kaiut Yoga is more of a mindset and way of interacting with the world than it is a set of postures or exercises, I wanted to share a few inspiring educational resources from our current teacher training with you:

1) Dr. Kelly McGonigal is a health psychologist and lecturer at Stanford University who is known for her work translating insights from psychology and neuroscience into practical strategies that support health and well-being.  She has a lot of books out which I am just beginning to explore, but she is most famous for her TED talk at Edinburgh in 2013.  Check it out!

One of her recent books, The Upside of Stress, was assigned reading in the TT, and I found it absolutely fascinating! Mind-blowing, paradigm-shifting and hopeful!!  May you also be intrigued and uplifted.

2) Jefferson Fisher is an American lawyer, author, and YouTube creator. He also hosts The Jefferson Fisher Podcast. His first book, The Next Conversation: Argue Less, Talk More, was another recommendation from Francisco.  I am currently engrossed in his works, and I hope you enjoy them too.
