Rainbows and Waterfalls!

HI everyone!

I have so many things I want to tell you about, and I missed you while I was away!

This week I will begin teaching IN PERSON classes at Kaiut Yoga Boulder.  I was scheduled to begin classes there starting in April, but then…..you know.  I so appreciate all of you who have been practicing with me during this time, and EVERYONE who has been teaching and working and learning and spreading benefits and helping others in all the ways you do!

I attended Darvin’s class the other day as a student, with my mask, and I was SO moved to feel HUMANITY in the room with me again!  I have missed that in-person connection, and I know many of you have too!  So if you live in town and need a reason to get out of the house and do something very positive for yourself, in a very SAFE environment, come on out!

Please join me at KYB on Wednesdays at 6 pm and Fridays at 4:30 pm! 

*Please note the new Friday class time – this is different from what was originally announced, and I think much better!*

These classes will also be streamed live on KYB’s Zoom and KYB’s Facebook page as well, so you can join us for class here:

You will need to create an MindBody Online account with KYB to join the classes, but you will not have to pay anything extra at this time.  If you have an existing punchcard with me, you can also use it for these classes through Sept 30.  Please remember your mask, use only the equipment provided, and limit personal belongings you bring into the studio.  Please note these classes are not on my usual zoom links, and preregistration is needed.
