Happy Fall!
Just a quick note today to say thank you ALL for making the equipment sale a huge success! It was sooo heart-warming to see so many of you, and it makes me miss you even more! Practicing together, in whatever capacity, makes this all more bearable and emphasizes our humanity and innate kindness.

Check out the BEFORE and AFTER photos (above and below) – so very satisfying! Please let me know if you have an interest in meditation cushions, yoga blocks (4″ cork and 3″ foam), rectangular bolsters, a portable massage/treatment table, basic yoga mats, and yoga mat bags.

Many of you have sent some great (and honest) feedback about the YouTube channel, so thank you! I am so glad that is working! I will be using some of the proceeds from the sale to get some better audio/video equipment to address those issues. And I have plans for a new playlist in the coming week or so because I am so inspired by this work! Stay tuned…
Free Classes Sponsored by Xfinity This Weekend
AND, in support of local businesses and community well-being, Xfinity has teamed up with Kaiut Yoga Boulder to provide a free weekend of Kaiut Yoga Classes! Starting this Friday, September 25th and running through Sunday, September 27th, ALL classes are free and open to the public. In-person classes will be held at the Kaiut Yoga Boulder school at 4800 Baseline Road. In-person spaces are limited and going fast, so definitely pre-register for those spots! Every class will have an online ZOOM option as well.
I am teaching Sunday, September 27th at 9 am. Please join us! This weekend you can take as many classes as you like!
