And yes, I am (Finally!) announcing a date for the Yoga Equipment Sale:
Saturday 9/19 from 12-2 pm at the Boulder Mennonite Church!
I named our beautiful Church space the Somatic Classroom, and it was truly a gift and a blessing to me when I really really needed it! Thanks to ALL of YOU who supported me in ways seen and unseen, sought me out and came to classes there, and continue to practice now at home! Thank you for sharing your ideas and experiences with the practice during long conversations with the surprising views of the Flatirons and the sun streaming through the windows! Thank you for being willing and open to try new things and different places, and to seek unexpected kindnesses! That is how I will sum up these last 2 years: full of unexpected kindness.
Our sunny classroom will be used by the Imagine! Foundation starting in late September. I would love to see this yoga equipment support YOU in your home now during this time of deep change our world is experiencing. Plus, your furry friends will love it – just ask Mango!
I have put a lot of thought into how to do this while respecting the Church’s distancing guidelines, etc, so here is the PLAN:
* Please EMAIL me to confirm a reservation, Indicating which 30-minute time slot works for you, and what equipment you are interested in.
* I am limiting each time slot to 10 people max (remember your mask!), and will confirm the reservations and equipment on a first-served basis.

I am moving the on-demand recorded classes from Zoom to YouTube, and while it is a work in progress, go check it out! The channel is called Biodynamic Yoga, and I think this will be a more accessible format moving forward.
Please remember if you have an existing punch card with me, you can use it in the KYB In Person-Zoom combo classes through the end of this month!
