Hello Friends.
After a lot of consideration I decided not to travel this Thanksgiving, so I am VERY happy to announce a few extra classes in Boulder and online this coming week. Please join us for support, laughter and connection! I really want to go see my family in Georgia and I miss my friends, but it seems better for me to double down on practice, teaching this work I love, and my commitments to health and sanity!
We have all come SO FAR this year, so I just want to encourage everyone to hang in there, stay safe and take care of yourself and each other. Please reach out for emotional support whenever you need it, and know that you are not alone. I’ve got you! I am here for you, sharing something I love deeply that has profound positive results. I am grateful for you all being here with me, and it’s the highlight of my days to see you online or at the Kaiut Yoga Boulder school.
We will get through this together, and we are going to start feeling better very soon!

MORE GOOD STUFF…..Francisco’s newsletter, Thanksgiving donation classes at KYB to benefit EFAA, Yoga Journal Article…..
I also want to let you know about some other wonderful things!
See the link below to read Francisco’s latest email newsletter. I really enjoyed the interview with his teacher in Brazil who had been a long-time teacher of other forms of yoga. It’s similar to my story, so I was comforted by the shared experiences.
AND, my beautiful friends at Kaiut Yoga Boulder are offering two donation-based classes on Thursday Nov. 26th and Friday Nov. 27th at 10:30 AM Mountain Time. 100% of funds raised will go directly to the Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA). You can make donations at the link here.
Please make sure you register for these classes beforehand if you plan on attending.
AND, Kaiut Yoga was featured in the NOV/DEC 2020 issue of The Yoga Journal. On page 48, you’ll find a brief history of Francisco and how he came about developing the method that improves the health and longevity of so many! Following the article is a sequence modeled by KYB’s Craig Heneveld. This sweet article is a great reference for any of your friends and family that might be interested in practicing! And if you have been practicing for a while, you’ll get a glimpse into how the method started. This content isn’t available online yet, but I will include links when it is!
Truly, we have so much to be thankful for!
with love,
Michelle
