Happy New Year!
New Year’s Day Reminder ** January Schedule ** January Workshop
Happy new year friends! This year has brought some of the biggest and most life-changing events I have yet to experience. Thank you all for your support during this time when my world has been rocked in every way…and yes, it’s still rocking!
I am receiving a lot of messages from many sources and I am doing my best to respond to each one individually. If you haven’t heard back from me personally let, please know I have not forgotten about you! I value your friendship, your input, and your hearts’ joys and sorrows. I am even more grateful for the yoga practice during difficult and stressful times – it is truly a life saver!
