Today we held our first online class with Zoom, and it was great! By request, I will offer two classes Wednesday at 10:30 am and Noon, Mountain Time, which is our usual schedule.

These are unprecedented times filled with uncertainty and fear. We have never seen anything like this, and our entire world is changing so rapidly it’s hard to keep up. We are all experiencing a forced pause in our normal routines, and after a few days of freaking out I am now seeing this as an opportunity (and necessity) for radical adaptation and creativity!
