You have heard me mention the upcoming Practice Intensive with Francisco. It starts this Friday, Jan 23, and goes through Jan 30. It will be full days for us as the hosts, with the practice sessions from 9-12 and 2-5 pm daily.

Hello friends,
It doesn’t feel like winter here in Boulder, but here we are!
I do love this time of year with the cooler darkness and the beautiful skies and the lights! I hope you all are enjoying yourselves and have experiences of curiosity, engagement and contentment!
